1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Simpled Keyword Planner application (the "Application") provided by Simpled Tech Limited, 2 Eastbourne Terrace, London W2 6LG, United Kingdom. The Application is an internal tool for Simpled staff and authorised contractors only.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Application only to research keywords for Simpled's own marketing activities and only with Google Ads accounts you are authorised to access. You must not use it to modify campaigns, budgets or billing, or to access accounts belonging to anyone else.
3. Google services
The Application relies on the Google Ads API. Your use of Google services through the Application is also subject to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Ads Terms.
4. Your responsibilities
Keep your Google credentials and any stored tokens confidential. Do not share result files outside Simpled without approval.
5. Availability and changes
The Application is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time without notice.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Simpled Tech Limited is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Application or from the accuracy of data returned by Google.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
